Meet the Founder: Miss. Jordan Ollech
Completing a bachelor's degree in counseling and gaining experience working with children and teenagers for 8+ years, I have dedicated my career to offering a holistic and alternative approach to empower children and teens with differing abilities. My passion for this field stems from hands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in childcare roles, therapeutic roles, and working in academic and respite facilities where I saw firsthand the incredible potential in every individual. I believe that every individual, regardless of their challenges, deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive in an environment tailored to their unique needs.

Our Services
With years of experience in both behavioral therapy and supportive care roles, I have developed a deep understanding of the gaps that exist in traditional approaches, such as ABA therapy. Unseen Abilities was born out of my desire to bridge those gaps and provide children and teenagers with differing abilities the personalized support they need to develop critical social and communication skills.
